Ordering Information

Opening an account

  • No Minimum Opening Orders
  • No Minimum Re-Orders
  • Fax your completed Order Form (s) to (858) 366-4991 or call (858) 373-1830.
  • We accept Visa, Amex, Discover and MasterCard.
  • Initial order is paid in full before shipped.
  • Terms are extended to customers in good standing.
    • Fax order form(s) and completed Customer Application for credit (CA customers return signed Resale Certificate).
    • Allow 5-10 business days for processing.
    • If you need your order shipped immediately you may place your order on a credit card.

Policies

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours: All items in stock will ship with in 2 business days of order confirmation.
  • Backorders: Backorders are automatically shipped as available unless otherwise requested.
  • Method of Shipment: Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise specified.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available at an extra charge. Please call for a quote.
  • All Returns must be authorized in advance by calling (858) 373-1830.
  • Returns must be received within 60 days of date of purchase and must be in new condition. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
  • Returns are subject to 20% stocking fee.
